# Unlimited Residential

<mark style="color:purple;">Unlimited Residential</mark> is based on the [Standard Residential](/our-products/residential-proxies/standard-residential.md) pool — the same devices, the same countries, the same IP range. The key difference: **no traffic limits**. This plan pays off where Standard with per-gigabyte billing becomes expensive.

## Characteristics

| Parameter           | Value                                                                      |
| ------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Pool size           | 600,000 — 750,000 devices (= Standard)                                     |
| Max connections     | 5,000                                                                      |
| Max speed per order | 75 Mbps                                                                    |
| UDP support | ✓ (unavailable in the USA location) |
| Billing             | Day / Half-month / Month                                                   |
| Price               | **$30** / day · **$199** / week · **$399** / half-month · **$699** / month |

{% hint style="warning" %}
The 5,000-connection limit applies to all types (ESTAB, FIN\_WAIT and others). An increase is available on the monthly plan — message [Support](/contact-us.md).
{% endhint %}

## What tasks they fit

* Automation with high traffic consumption
* Long-running processes where counting gigabytes is impractical
* Tasks that require <mark style="color:purple;">UDP / WebRTC</mark> support

{% hint style="info" %}
Need to pay per gigabyte instead of a subscription? See [Standard Residential](/our-products/residential-proxies/standard-residential.md).\
Need a larger pool with fine targeting? See [Premium Residential](/our-products/residential-proxies/premium-residential.md).
{% endhint %}

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.proxyshard.com/our-products/residential-proxies/unlimited-residential-proxy.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
