# Example of purchasing ISP proxies

## Buying proxies

When purchasing [<mark style="color:purple;">ISP</mark>](https://dashboard.proxyshard.com/isp-proxy) specify proxy:

* Proxy country
* Rental period (week\month\half-year\year)
* Number of proxies
* Toggle auto-renewal (when enabled, funds will be charged automatically each rental cycle; it can be disabled inside the order)
* Promo code, if any.

After purchase, the order will open automatically and will be available in the "<mark style="color:purple;">Active Product</mark>" or in "[<mark style="color:purple;">My orders</mark>](https://dashboard.proxyshard.com/products)"

## Renewal of ISP proxies

Product renewal is possible automatically or manually\
\
With automatic payment, 1–2 hours before, the order will attempt to renew automatically.\
If there are enough funds for renewal, the proxies are renewed automatically; if there are insufficient funds, the proxies stop working and will wait for the account to be topped up in <mark style="color:purple;">within three days</mark>.\
