# Mobile proxy purchase example

## Purchasing proxies

When purchasing <mark style="color:purple;">Mobile proxies</mark>, choose the tariff that suits you (you can use the country filter to sort the list) and specify the rental period, as shown in the screenshot below

After purchase, the order will open automatically and will be available in the "<mark style="color:purple;">Active Product</mark>" panel or in "[<mark style="color:purple;">My orders</mark>](https://dashboard.proxyshard.com/products)"

## Getting started

\&#xNAN;*Also, if there is no activity on the proxies for more than three hours, they are disabled and need to be activated again.*

## Renewing Mobile proxies

The product can only be renewed manually.\
\
When automatic renewal is disabled, the proxies will wait for manual payment (status <mark style="color:$warning;">On-Hold</mark>). To do this, click ![](/files/YJ1dCq0EDrK7P9ejIZON) in the order

Proxies with the "<mark style="color:$danger;">Cancelled</mark>" status cannot be renewed. This status is assigned three days after the order is not paid.
