Proxy purchase

When purchasing Datacenter proxy specify:

• Proxy country

• Lease cycle (week\month\half year\year)

• Number of proxies

• Toggle auto-renewal (when enabled, funds will be automatically deducted each billing cycle, can be disabled within the order)

• Promo code, if available.

After purchase, the order will automatically open and be available in the panel "Active Product" or in "My ordres"

Proxies will start working within 1-2 minutes, this time is required for order synchronization

Datacenter proxy renewal

Product renewal can be automatic and manual With automatic payment, the order will attempt to renew automatically 1-2 hours before expiry. If there are enough funds for renewal, the proxies will be renewed automatically; if funds are insufficient, the proxies will stop working and will wait for the account to be topped up in within three days. With the auto-renewal feature disabled, the proxies will wait (Status On-hold) for manual payment, for this you need to press in the order

Proxies with status "Canceled" cannot be renewed, this status occurs after three days from the moment the order was not paid.
