Limitations

Site restrictions

On all products, except Mobile proxy, there are restrictions on access to banking and government websites. On Datacenter and ISP payment processors such as Stripe and Paypal are also blocked.

These blocks are related to regulators' requirements to limit fraudulent activities, so domains of banking websites (does not apply to payment\crypto systems) and government agencies of various countries are under restriction.

UDP operation restriction

On all Residential proxy in the location US (United States 🇺🇸 ) currently does not work.

The block is not related to our decision or any requirement from other entities. At the beginning of 2026, US providers prohibited establishing incoming UDP connections without an initial initiation from outside, thereby breaking UDP Associate functionality on proxies.

Port operation restriction

On all products a ban has been introduced on establishing connections through proxies to publicly accessible ports that can be used to attack other services (For example: 21, 22, 23, 25 and others )
