On all products, except Mobile proxy, there are restrictions on access to banking, government websites and payment processors, such as Stripe and Paypal.
These blocks are related to regulators' requirements to limit fraudulent activity, so domains of bank websites (does not apply to payment/crypto systems) and government agencies of various countries are under restriction.
UDP operation restriction
On all Residential proxies in the US (United States 🇺🇸 ) currently do not work.
The block is not related to our decision or a requirement of other entities. In early 2026, US providers prohibited establishing incoming UDP connections without an initial initiation from outside, thereby breaking UDP Associate functionality on proxies.
Port usage restriction
On all products there is a ban on establishing connections through the proxy to public ports through which attacks on other services can be carried out (for example: 21, 22, 23, 25 and others )
