Almost all anti-detect browsers on the market simply block WebRTC, so there is no leak. But this is also a red flag. For most ordinary users WebRTC it works, and if it is disabled, that also raises suspicion.
The only correct way is not to block WebRTC, but to proxy it properly through a UDP proxy, and for that both the browser (or software) and the proxies themselves must support it.
