Proxy location is incorrect!
Purchased proxies in Dolphin (Anty), AdsPower, Octo or on sites like IPQualityScore and Whoer.ru can rarely be displayed with the wrong country.
The main issue here is that anti-detect browsers and web services use different databases to determine IP address locations or take too long to pull updates. Some of them (especially Whoer.net) are not neutral sources, since they themselves sell proxies and may deliberately distort data for marketing purposes.
We, however, rely exclusively on verified Tier-1 (the largest) geolocation databases:

As soon as IP addresses are updated in these databases, we immediately release them for sale.
Why do anti-detect browsers and some services show the wrong country?
Data update delay. Some anti-detects and sites update geo databases once every few weeks or even months.
Proprietary algorithms. Anti-detect browsers may use outdated or alternative sources, which leads to discrepancies.
Competitive bias. Whoer.net and similar sites are not objective, as they are interested in promoting their services.

Over time (from several days to a couple of weeks) all databases and sites synchronize, and errors in location detection disappear.
