Proxies do not work
Question: I bought Datacenter proxies and they don't work! Answer: It takes some time to update the destination servers, up to 3 minutes from the moment of ordering. Question: 3 minutes have already passed, and the proxies still don't work! Answer: Check the proxies through our Proxy Tester or check the connection from your side via the command line (terminal).

If the check was successful:
But if you still can't connect through a plugin, browser, or program, check the accuracy of the entered data and whether the software is working properly. SOCKS and HTTP proxy connection protocols are often confused. We do not provide support for software and hardware unrelated to the project Proxyshardif they are not caused by problems on our side.
If the check was unsuccessful:
Check the data again. If it is definitely correct, try checking via VPN to rule out blocking by your provider. In any case, contact our technical support, we will try to quickly identify and fix the problem if it is on our side.
If it works, but not for me: If the proxies used to work before, but suddenly stopped, and the check through our Proxy Tester, VPN, or other resources confirms that the proxies are alive, it is possible your internet provider is blocking the connections. Try using SOCKS ports or contact our technical support.
