Buying proxies

When purchasing Datacenter specify proxy:

• Proxy country

• Rental period (week\month\half-year\year)

• Number of proxies

• Toggle auto-renewal (when enabled, funds will be charged automatically each rental cycle; it can be disabled inside the order)

• Promo code, if any.

After purchase, the order will open automatically and will be available in the "Active Product" or in "My orders"

The proxies will start working within 1–2 minutes; this time is required to synchronize the order

Datacenter proxy renewal

Product renewal is possible automatically or manually With automatic payment, 1–2 hours before, the order will attempt to renew automatically. If there are enough funds for renewal, the proxies are renewed automatically; if there are insufficient funds, the proxies stop working and will wait for the account to be topped up in within three days. If the automatic renewal function is disabled, the proxies will wait (Status On-hold) manual payment; to do this, you need to click in the order

Proxies with the status "Canceled" cannot be renewed; this status occurs after three days from the date the order is unpaid.
