Site restrictions

On all products, except Mobile proxy, there are restrictions on access to banking and government websites and payment processors such as Stripe and Paypal.

These blocks are due to regulatory requirements to limit fraudulent activity, so the domains of banking websites (does not apply to payment/crypto systems) and government bodies of various countries are blocked.

Restriction on UDP operation

On all Residential proxies in the location US (United States 🇺🇸 ) is not currently working.

The blocking is not related to our solution or the requirements of other authorities. At the beginning of 2026, US providers prohibited establishing incoming connections over UDP without its initial initiation from outside, thereby breaking the operation of UDP Associate on proxies.

Port operation restriction

On all products, there is a ban on establishing connections through the proxy to publicly accessible ports that can be used to carry out attacks on other services (For example: 21, 22, 23, 25, and others)
