Purchased proxies are not working

Q: I purchased datacenter proxies, but they don’t work! A: Updating the endpoint servers may take some time - up to 15 minutes from the moment of order.

Q: It’s been more than 15 minutes, but the proxies still don’t work! A: Please test your proxies using our checker (in development). Alternatively, we recommend checking the connection on your side using the Command Prompt or terminal.

For Windows operating systems: Press WIN + R, type cmd in the Run window, and in the command prompt enter the following to test your HTTP proxy:

(Test HTTP proxy) curl -x http://ЛОГИН_Proxy:ПАРОЛЬ_Proxy@IP/Domain_Proxy:PORT_Proxy -I https://www.google.com Ex.- curl -v -x http://KWFFEKf:[email protected]:44454 -I https://www.google.com (Test SOCKS proxy) curl --socks5 ЛОГИН_Proxy:ПАРОЛЬ_Proxy@IP/Domain_Proxy:PORT_Proxy -I https://www.google.com Ex. - curl --socks5KWFFEKf:[email protected]:44454 -I https://www.google.com For Linux/Unix/macOS operating systems, the command is similar.

Here is an example of a successful connection output: It means that you have successfully established a connection.

Here is an example of an unsuccessful connection output: It means that you were unable to establish a connection.

If the test was successful: But you still cannot connect through your plugin/browser/software, please check the correctness of the entered data or the validity of the software. Usually, users confuse SOCKS and HTTP proxy protocols. We do not provide support for software or hardware unrelated to the Proxyshard project unless the issue is caused by our side.

If the test was unsuccessful: Double-check the accuracy of the entered data. If everything is correct, try testing via a VPN to exclude the possibility of your ISP blocking the connection. In any case, contact our technical support - we will do our best to identify and resolve any issues caused on our side promptly.

If it works elsewhere but not for me: If the proxies worked before but suddenly stopped, and you cannot verify them on your end, while checks through our checker, VPN, or other resources confirm they are working - it’s possible your ISP is blocking the connections. Try using SOCKS ports or contact our technical support.
