Proxy location is incorrect!
Q: Can proxies have a different location than the one shown? A: Absolutely not! The proxies you select have the exact location specified. We often purchase IP addresses to organize proxies on them and do not release them until major geolocation aggregator databases (such as ip2location, ip-api, maxmind, etc.) update their data about the proxy locations.
Q: I saw that my proxies show a different location on 2ip, Dolphin, or other services. Why? A: These services are not optimized for this type of information and therefore update their location data very slowly and reluctantly. Their databases typically update every six months. To verify the correct location, we strongly recommend using specialized services that cross-check addresses across multiple major databases, for example:
https://iplocation.io/ or similar services.
If you submit tickets regarding this issue, we will respond that we do not replace proxies in such cases since the proxies have the correct location and will work properly.
Q: Some websites won’t open, citing the proxy’s country as banned. What should I do? A: This issue rarely occurs but can happen. It is because the websites reporting this error have not yet updated their geolocation data and mistakenly believe the IP is from a different country. To resolve this, contact our technical support with the proxy address and the website URL. We will assist you as soon as possible.
