Proxies are not working

Question: I purchased Datacenter proxies and they do not work! Answer: Updating the destination servers takes some time, up to 3 minutes from the moment of ordering. Question: 3 minutes have already passed, but the proxies still do not work! Answer: Check the proxies through our Proxy Testerarrow-up-right or check the connection from your side via the command line (terminal).

If the check was successful:

But if you still cannot connect through a plugin, browser, or program, check that the entered data is correct and that the software is working properly. People often confuse the SOCKS and HTTP proxy connection protocols. We do not provide support for software and hardware not related to the project Proxyshardif they are not caused by issues on our side.

If the check was unsuccessful:

Check the data again. If it is definitely correct, try checking through a VPN to rule out blocking by your ISP. In any case, contact our technical support, we will try to quickly identify and resolve the problem if it is on our side.

If it works, but not for me: If the proxies used to work before but suddenly stopped, and the check through our Proxy Testerarrow-up-right, VPN, or other resources confirms that the proxies are alive, it is possible your internet provider is blocking connections. Try using SOCKS ports or contact our technical support.
